These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of crispycleanli.com (the “Site”), your communications with Crispy Clean L.I., LLC (“Crispy Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and, where applicable, your request for or purchase of our residential or commercial cleaning and exterior-maintenance services. By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Crispy Clean L.I., LLC provides exterior cleaning and related property services, which may include power washing, pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, window cleaning, paver cleaning, sanding or sealing, shrink wrapping, and related services. Service availability, scope, methods, pricing, scheduling, and other job-specific terms may vary by project.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. A website description, advertisement, estimate request, or other online communication does not by itself create a binding obligation to perform services. A job becomes subject to the specific estimate, work order, invoice, proposal, written confirmation, or other agreement accepted by the parties, if any.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in a manner that disrupts the Site, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
If you submit information on behalf of another person, property owner, business, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, estimates are based on the information reasonably available when prepared and may change if site conditions, dimensions, materials, access, requested scope, or other circumstances differ from what was represented or observed.
You are responsible for providing accurate job and contact information and for disclosing conditions that could reasonably affect the work, including known hazards, fragile materials, damaged surfaces, restricted access, pets, irrigation systems, electrical conditions, security systems, or other relevant property conditions.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced at the scheduled time. Weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, utility interruptions, access problems, or other circumstances may require rescheduling or modification of services.
Cleaning results depend on factors such as age, material condition, staining, oxidation, organic growth, prior coatings or treatments, weathering, and pre-existing damage. Except where expressly guaranteed in a written job-specific agreement, Crispy Clean does not guarantee that every stain, discoloration, mark, residue, or condition can be completely removed or restored to a like-new condition.
You acknowledge that exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects, deterioration, loose paint, failed caulking, leaks, damaged seals, weakened surfaces, or other conditions that were not visible before cleaning. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Prices, deposits, payment timing, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any warranty terms are governed by the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, proposal, or other written agreement for the specific job. Unless stated otherwise, taxes and government-imposed charges may be added where required by law.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed or otherwise accepted job-specific agreement, the job-specific agreement controls with respect to that service.
When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize us to use that information to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about estimates, scheduling, service, account or transaction matters, customer support, and other communications reasonably related to your relationship with Crispy Clean.
Marketing email communications, if any, will be handled in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or by contacting us. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when appropriate.
If you expressly opt in to receive text messages from Crispy Clean, you consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment or estimate communications, scheduling updates, service notifications, customer-care messages, and, where you have separately agreed, promotional or marketing messages.
Your consent applies only to communications from Crispy Clean unless the consent disclosure expressly identifies another sender. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, layout, and other materials, are owned by Crispy Clean or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use Site content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Crispy Clean a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted content for lawful business and promotional purposes. We will not use a person’s name, likeness, or private property images in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, maps, social media, review platforms, payment tools, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Crispy Clean does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRISPY CLEAN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in this section disclaims any warranty or obligation that applies to a specific service under a written agreement or that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRISPY CLEAN AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. THIS WEBSITE-RELATED LIMITATION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW OR ALTER ANY JOB-SPECIFIC LIABILITY TERMS EXPRESSLY AGREED TO IN WRITING.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crispy Clean and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
Your use of the Site is also subject to the Crispy Clean Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute relating to these Terms or the Site may lawfully be brought in court, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Suffolk County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
